The International Summer School of Documentary Theatre is an
intensive theatre course focused on the individual components of
theatrical expression and their connection to authentic stories.
The
International Summer School has welcomed artists from over 30
countries, including the U.S., Turkey, Israel, Iran, South Korea, and
China. It is designed for theatre creators, performers, educators,
social workers, and anyone applying theatrical principles in their
professional lives. The program concludes with a public performance. The
language of the Summer School is Czech and English.
Since
2024, the summer school has been held at the Stodolio studio of the
Archa Center for Documentary Theatre, located in the village of
Dvakačovice in Eastern Bohemia.

Tuition:
€800. includes Work in the ateliers under professional guidance, use of
Stodolio's technical equipment, study materials, lunch, dinner, and
